Shipping: We do not ship outside of the continental U.S. We ship plant material at appropriate times of the year. Trees and plants are sent out in April while they are dormant. Seeds are sent as they ripen, usually fall. Cuttings are shipped fall through spring. We do not ship plants during the summer.
Returns: We ship healthy plant material. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know. We will do our best to work with you and figure what went wrong. We can not be responsible for how plants are handled by customers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we would like to know, as our mission is to help get as many amazing trees growing as possible.
Hours: We do not keep regular hours. If you would like to visit the nursery, just call or send an email letting us know when you'd like to come. We are usually here, but its a good idea to let us know before you come so you don't miss us.
