Bee Balm (monarda didyma)

Fantastic perennial that flowers for about 6 solid weeks. The leaves smell wonderful and make a good tea. The variety we grow is a brilliant red in mid-summer. It is highly attractive to pollinators and to hummingbirds.

During the six weeks that our bee balm flowers, we have hummingbirds visiting all day. There is an incredible amount of activity and attraction to this plant both from people and a wide variety of pollinators
